AVCTechnologies Canada Ltd. (the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on May 2, 2024 and Goldhar & Associated Ltd. was appointed as Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.
The Bankrupt Corporation was incorporated in British Columbia and was formerly operating from leased premises located at 500 Paladium Dr., Ottawa, Ontario.
The Bankrupt Corporation was engaged in IT services regarding cloud based communications and was providing services to the Bankrupt’s parent entity based out of the United States (US).
