Frank Lush Glass Limited( the "Bankrupt") filed an assignment in bankruptcy on August 26, 2026, and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. has been appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.

The Bankrupt Corporation previously operated a business providing trucking services in Ontario.
