13750213 Canada Inc. O/a Khan Restaurant (the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on May 13, 2026 and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. has been appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.
The Bankrupt Corporation previously operated a restaurant in Toronto, Ontario.
