1992789 Ontario Inc. (the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on March 5, 2025 and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. was appointed as Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.

The Bankrupt Corporation was formerly operating a fast food chain under the franchise of Fit For Life located at 2 King Street West, Unit 15, Hamilton, Ontario.
