6422055 Canada Inc., ( the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on July 25, 2025 and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. has been appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.
The Bankrupt Corporation was formerly providing management consulting services, having its registered address located at Russell Road, Carlsbad Springs, Ontario and formerly operating from 441 MacLaren St, Ottawa.
