Cape Breton Farmers’ Market Co-operative Limited., ( the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on June 2, 2025 and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. has been appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.

The Bankrupt Corporation was formerly operating a farmers market at 105 Regent St., Sydney, Nova Scotia
