KabKush Hospitality Inc., ( the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on August 18, 2025, and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. has been appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.

The Bankrupt Corporation was formerly operating a restaurant under the name Qila Bar & Grill located at 378 Queen St E, Brampton, and having its registered address at Harbourtown Crescent, Brampton.
