Kinazi Brothers Inc., ( the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on August 06, 2025 and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. has been appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.

The Bankrupt Corporation was formerly operating a bakery and café located at 595 Bay Street, Toronto, and having its registered address at 32 Maynard Ave, Toronto, Ontario.
