Nugateau Patisserie Inc., ( the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on August 22, 2025 and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. has been appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.

The Bankrupt Corporation was formerly operating a bakery from 709 Queen St W., Toronto, Ontario.
