Steven Sarasin Enterprises Inc. (the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on September 28, 2026, and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. has been appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.
The Bankrupt Corporation previously operated a business providing Real Estate practice in Ontario.
