Vercrop Agriculture Corporation., ( the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on May 21, 2025 and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. has been appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.

The Bankrupt Corporation was formerly operating a Vertical Farming and Agriculture Business at 160 Newbold Court, London, Ontario.
