Yorkway Paving and Construction Limited., ( the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on July 29, 2025 and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. has been appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.
The Bankrupt Corporation was formerly operating a Paving and Construction Services Company from St. Clair Ave West, Toronto, Ontario.
