On September 9, 2026, upon application of Hillmount Capital Mortgage Holdings Inc. ("Hillmount Capital") in its capacity as senior secured lender of 2715573 Ontario Inc. ("271 Ontario"), the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") issued an order (the "Interim Receivership Order") appointing Goldhar & Associates Ltd. the interim receiver of 271 Ontario.
