On September 9, 2026, upon application of Hillmount Capital Mortgage Holdings Inc. (“Hillmount Capital”) in its capacity as senior secured lender of 2715573 Ontario Inc. (“271 Ontario”), the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) issued an order (the “Interim Receivership Order”) appointing Goldhar & Associates Ltd. (“Goldhar”) the interim receiver of 271 Ontario (the “Interim Receiver”).
On September 22, 2026, at a comeback application, the Court issued an order (the “Receivership”) appointing Goldhar the receiver of 271 Ontario (the “Receiver”).
