A-EMR Limited, ( the “Bankrupt”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy on May 4, 2026 and Goldhar & Associates Ltd. has been appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt Corporation.

The Bankrupt Corporation previously operated a Pharmacy in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
