Goldhar & Associates Ltd. was appointed the receiver and manager (the “Receiver”), without security, in respect of all of the assets, undertaking and properties of of Cheema Carriers Corp. and 1000083465 Ontario Inc. pursuant to the Order of The Honourable Justice J. Dietrich of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice – Toronto – Commercial List (the “Court”) dated February 18, 2026.
The Debtor formerly operated a Trucking, Transport and Logistics company.
